Police Psychologist
Dr. Kalkines is among the most highly experienced Police Psychologists in the United States. This has been a primary practice area since 1992 and Dr. Kalkines has personally completed well in excess of 25,000 psychological evaluations of various types for local and federal law enforcement agencies, the Department of Defense, and defense contracting companies. Primary services include psychological evaluations for pre-employment, fitness for duty, Officer-Involved Shooting, ICAC/CFI, and DOD Security Clearance purposes.
Forensic Psychologist
Dr. Kalkines has repeatedly been qualified as a psychological expert in both Circuit and Federal Courts, and has testified at trial, in administrative hearings, and in deposition.
Industrial-Organizational Psychologist
In the past, Dr. Kalkines has served as a primary psychologist for pre-employment evaluations at the management, director, and senior executive levels for all 48 Barnett Bank subsidiaries, SunTrust Bank, Fanatics, The Office of the Mayor, JEA, and many more of Jacksonville's finest companies and organizations.
